Dear Swaras,
There are always surprises when it comes to Swara runs! This time we had a new venue for Swaras to discover, and we also had kilometres upon kilometres of Runda neighbourhoods that we never knew existed, and to top it all off, we had a boda boda ferry (literally) to take us across a flooded part of the road! This week’s run – run and AGM from Radix Hotel, Langata
This weekend we will be having our Annual General Meeting at Radix Hotel, Langata Road. Please note the following timings:
7am – run (open to all, guest fees apply)
8am-11am – breakfast, free for paid-up, current members, payable for guests and non-current members
11am – AGM, open to paid-up, current members. Option of remote (Zoom) attendance possible. Be sure to register.
1pm – lunch, free, for AGM attendees, i.e. paid-up, current members

Preliminaries
Approval of last year’s AGM minutes and matters arising (minutes from last year linked below)
Chairman’s Report on club activities
Treasurer’s report on financial activities
Appointing of auditor (where necessary)
Discussions and voting on changes to membership, subscriptions, and constitution (where necessary)
Election of officials and CRE members
Any other matters for discussion submitted by members at least seven (7) days in advance.
