Flag Off: 7 AM sharp!
Route: 95% tarmac (so expect a smooth run
Distances: 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 km (pick your poison! )
Breakfast: Refuel with your choice from the menu. Nairobi Breakfast is a solid pick @Ksh.750 (2 eggs, 2 sausages, toast, home fries, and tea/coffee).
