This coming Saturday we are celebrating the club’s Chairman’s Birthday! And in true Swara fashion, we will give you the option of running his age! So in addition to the usual 10-35km distance we shall have a special 55km distance! All this in the beautiful setting of KEFRI (Kenya Forestry Research Institute) in Muguga (near Kikuyu).
