It took us right into the entrails of Rongai, and it was closely followed up by a chest puffing plank challenge back at the hotel. This is a charity run, organised by our very own Wilson Kaimenyi, and as such there is a 500ksh registration fee that we urge all participants to pay for breakfast and run costs.
