Saturday 17th August 2019 run @ Institute of Primate Research / Oloolua Nature Trail

This Saturday’s run will be at The Institute of Primate Research and Oloolua Nature Trail in Karen.

Location

Get onto Karen Road accessible from either Ngong Road, Karen Plains Road, Langata Road, Marula Lane, Mbagathi Ridge, or Bogani Road.

Drive on until the end of Karen Road, where you will find a gate with a sign on it saying Oloolua Nature Trail / Forest / Primate Research.

There are entry fees, being 200/- for Kenyans, 400/- for residents, and 600/- for non-residents, which will be collected at the gate, because of which you may experience delays getting in, so please factor that in.

Distances

10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 & 45km.

Route description

Approximately 80% tarmac, 20% trail.

Breakfast & facilities

Breakfast and facilities will be 300/- per person. Note that this is mandatory as it covers parking, security and use of the venue (but you also get breakfast).

Timings

The run will be flagged off at 0700. Please allow time to register before the run begins.

Confirmations
