This Saturday’s run will be at St Paul’s ACK Church, Kiambu. This is a change to what was previously indicated on the calendar.
Location
Your simplest option to get there from Nairobi is to use the A2 (Thika Road), leaving at Junction 4A to access Kiambu Road. This will take you around the back of Karura Forest and towards the Northern Bypass. Passing over the Northern Bypass, stay on Kiambu Road passing Kiambu Institute of Science and Technology on your left. Continue a further 500m along the road where you’ll find a turning on your right onto the Kamiti-Ruiru road. Take this turning, and the venue is almost immediately on the right.

Route description
The routes will be mostly trail, through coffee plantations, over dams and through villages.
Breakfast & facilities
Breakfast and facilities will be 400/- per person. Note that this is mandatory as it covers parking, security and use of the venue (but you also get breakfast).
Timings
The run will be flagged off at 0700. Please allow time to register before the run begins.
Confirmations
Confirmations are required by Thursday at 1400. Members can confirm by email to the address given in the mailout. Guests can confirm using the contact form here.
