Saturday’s run will take place at Karura Forest, off Limuru Road opposite the Belgian Embassy.

We will meet at the Limuru Gate car park that is next to the entrance.

Breakfast and facilities
Parking is 100/-. Breakfast is optional and can be taken at Java House Gigiri.
Timings
The run will be flagged off at 0700. Please allow time to register before the run begins.

Note that due to a ban on disposable bottles within the forest, we recommend bringing your own sports bottles.
