Nairobi Running Trails

Nairobi’s diverse topography makes for a perfect setting for recreational running. Its varied geography includes the flat lowlands in the eastern regions at an altitude of 1600m above sea level, as well as the high rugged western parts of the city at an average altitude of 1850m above sea level. The city is situated close to the Great Rift Valley, and the Ngong Hills to the West, providing additional options for running trails up that include hill training.
